Exhibitor Registration: Each booth includes 1 full registration with: Nametag, Breakfast Voucher, Hospitality Room Invitation, Meet & Greet Invitation, Seminars and the President's Dinner.
Additional paid attendees pay $75 per person and receive all the noted benefits except President's Dinner Tickets which are available to purchase.
Booth Set Up Includes: 8' Draping; 2'x6' Table, 2 Folding Chairs, 1 Wastebasket, and Name/Booth# Signage. Booth dimensions are 8'x10'.
Overnight Reservations: Make reservations directly with Soaring Eagle by calling 888-732-4537 and stating you are with the Bowling Centers Association of Michigan block ( TBD ).
The room rate is $152 + tax. Reservations must be made by 7/6/25.
Shipping & Storage: Refer to the Art Craft Display, Inc. material sent in your registration confirmation email.
Electrical Service: This year, there is no additional fee for electrical service.
Let us know (see below) if you need this service and we will provide a booth as close as possible to an electrical source. Space is limited. Please bring your own extension cords.
Install & Dismantling: Exhibitors may set up on Sunday, 7/20/25, from 5pm to 8pm and on Monday, 7/21/25 from 8am to 2pm.
Breakdown will begin on Tuesday, 7/22/2025 at 6pm.
